Sao Paulo, October 30, 2014 – With the success of the first language laboratory installed at the Federal University of Sao Carlos (UFSCar in Portuguese) – which has benefited over 2,800 students since last March –, Mais Unidos Group announced that, by 2015, it will equip four additional laboratories at the federal universities of Brasília, Pará, Pelotas and Pernambuco. That effort is part of a partnership between the Group – formed by the U.S. Government and American companies with operations in Brazil – with the Brazilian Ministry of Education, under its English without Borders Program. The universities contribute with the physical space and a specialized team of educators. Mais Unidos furnishes the equipment utilized for the enhancement of student’s language skills and preparation for proficiency exams.
